Head Start Centers Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday
Dr. Seuss said it best "Children want the same things we want. To laugh, to be challenged, to be entertained, and delighted"
ESC 19 Head Start Centers throughout El Paso and Hudspeth county observed National Read Across America Day and celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with week-long activities designed to encourage reading in children.
National Read Across America Day is celebrated annually on March 2nd to coincide with Dr. Seuss' birthday. ESC 19 Head Start children celebrate by being read to and playing Dr. Seuss inspired games.
